In this particular category, secondary and tertiary care facilities are included, under the following pre-conditions:

CLINICS- HOSPITALS
1 Official license document of operation (issued by the Ministry of Health)
2 International accreditation or certification for the provision of healthcare services, currently valid (JCI, Temos, Accreditation- Canada, QHA- Trent etc).

Multiple certifications in different quality management fields and risk management are also significant (ISO 9001, 15224, 22000, 14001, OHSAS 1801, ISO 15189).

3 Multi-language website with special reference to the provided medical services and cooperating physicians
4 International Patients’ Department Organized and Operative (established in-house)
5 Experience in International Patients’ management- Documented cooperation with international insurances and medical assistance companies
6 Invoicing system in foreign language (at least in English)
7 Marketing and informative material in multi- language
8 Medical Reporting in multi- language
9 Ethical issues, reputation, testimonials

 

2. DENTAL CARE SERVICES

DENTAL CLINICS
1 Official license document of operation (issued by the Ministry of Health)
2 International accreditation or certification for the provision of healthcare services, currently valid (JCI, Temos, Accreditation- Canada, QHA- Trent etc).

Multiple certifications in different quality management fields and risk management are also significant (ISO 9001, 15224, 22000, 14001, OHSAS 1801, ISO 15189).
