Almost everything starts from the vision of the founder of the company to have every day something more than the previous one. The ambition turned into a requirement, was documented in company’s quality objectives and is being reviewed annually. Thus, company’s staff and its associates are evaluated not only for their academic qualifications and their education so far but also for their drive to be synchronized with the vision of the management that wishes to cooperate with people whose education is continuous and fruitful for the development of the company.
This article deals with the training of the administrative staff of the company that selected two girls that they are fundamental in company’s quality management system. The Quality Control Manager and the Human Resources Manager constantly work in the quality management system, improving the company’s processes and keep this system active and efficient. Following a training schedule of the administrative staff, our girls recently attended the Seminar of Internal Inspectors at ISO 9001: 2015 by TUV HELLAS, a member of the TUV NORD GROUP.
The company has not only designed a quality management system in order to show to external auditors how well we do our job. The main purpose of the company is to identify new risks, analyze them and ensure they are managed well. The trust between Gamma Air Medical and its customers has been built many years ago and behind the quality of our services, there is a complete system with procedures and improvement plans.
The company today wants to thank its staff and partners for their participation in its vision and promises that it will continue sponsor training programs in Greece and abroad too.
