A fully dedicated doctor and a passionate architect. The same man. The museum-building, dating back to 1878, standing tall in the center of Piraeus, could only trigger the creativity of Ioannis Kleinakis – the director and visionaire of IONIO GROUP. Four years were needed to be transformed into a unique hemodialysis center according to the most technologically advanced world standards. A neoclassical building where every detail brings back to life the genius of its architect, Ernst Ziller. The walls were carefully peeled off, layer by layer of successive paints, revealing characteristic architectural lines and rare mural paintings of the famous architect.
The Ziller building was set free to fresh air and pure Athenian light. It looked wonderful. A master-piece which proves strength of mind and will for creation. As part of cultural heritage, this building welcomes people on dialysis. It offers a dynamic environment that empowers them while beauty, serenity and optimism are widely emanating.

We equipped the facility with the latest and most efficient amenities that we have been trusting for decades.
