Teeth in a Day

The average time for dental implants to fully heal is 4-6 months, though a complex healing process called “osseointegration.” Healing time is likely to vary considerably from person to person as influenced by many factors, including the general overall health of the patient. However, in specific cases, dentists may choose to place a temporary or permanent restoration on your implants immediately after their insertion.
