IASO Group, through its Corporate Social Responsibility program “By Your Side”, effectively demonstrates its contribution to society, the environment, people, as well as the economy. Through high-level actions, it supports more than 30 NGOs, unions, bodies, schools, and associations and contributes to health preservation through prevention, diagnosis, and treatment, providing excellent healthcare services.
The main purpose of the program is to develop an active group that is informed, aware, and takes action, adopting a more responsible lifestyle, through strategic partnerships, while the pillars of health, the environment, sports, and education are set as a high priority.
IASO General Clinic supports the work of the NGOs “Symplefsi” and “Aegean Team” (Omada Aigaiou), to provide medical assistance to remote islands, having an effective team of doctors and volunteers by its side, which is constantly being upgraded. In particular, IASO General Clinic has analyzed more than 2,000 samples free of charge.
IASO Group also plays a key role in the strategic partnership with “WWF Greece” by participating in the innovative environmental program “Adopt a beach” to combat plastic pollution, through which it has adopted the beach of Agios Kosmas. Furthermore, in collaboration with the “Save Your Hood” movement, it systematically carries out environmental cleaning actions, while it has also adopted its own area in Chelidonous Stream. Most volunteers come from IASO Group’s staff, actively participating in every action. A volunteering form has been created on IASO Group’s official website, encouraging the public to join the “Become a volunteer too!” program. Each action, however small, leaves an important contribution imprint. Guided by this belief, IASO Group invites individuals to contribute to a collective culture of solidarity and meaningful social contribution.
In addition, IASO General Clinic consistently supports charity sports events, such as the Ladies Run, as a Medical Sponsor, as well as the sports competitions of the Equestrian Club of Attica (Attikos Omilos Ippasias) and Athens Equestrian Festival, while also continuing to actively participate with a multi-member team, the IASO Running Team, in the Athens Authentic Marathon and Half Marathon races.
“By Your Side” is a multi-awarded program, as it has been distinguished with 30 awards, 6 of which are gold, for its dynamism, outreach, innovation, and pioneering initiatives. These awards demonstrate the high level of the healthcare services provided, in addition to the numerous corporate responsibility actions.
