Gamma Air Medical at ITIC Global 2025

We are delighted to share an overview of our participation at this year’s ITIC Global 2025 – held in Venice, 2 – 6 November 2025 – where over 1,000 industry delegates gathered for the largest annual meeting of travel and health-insurance, assistance and medical transport professionals. The ITIC Global conference brings together travel insurers, assistance companies, air-ambulance operators, tele-medicine developers and medical providers from more than 50 countries.

Participation enables us to:

  • engage with key decision-makers in travel health and medical assistance;
  • benchmark our technology-driven transport services against global best-practice;
  • cultivate strategic partnerships around cross-border medical repatriation and evacuation;
  • and position Gamma Air Medical as a thought leader and trusted partner in evolving models of international medical transport.

Gamma Air Medical remains dedicated to advancing the standard of international medical transport through innovation, expertise and global partnership.

For the fourth consecutive year, Gamma Air Medical proudly acted as Co-Sponsor of the ITIC Running Club – reinforcing our commitment not only to industry discourse but also to wellness and informal networking within the international medical-transport community.

Throughout the week, our delegation held numerous strategic meetings with international partners, insurers, and assistance providers. These discussions focused on new collaborations and partnership opportunities, reflecting our commitment to strengthening our global network and expanding the reach of our medical transportation services. The high level of engagement and shared vision during ITIC Global reinforced the importance of collaboration in setting new standards for international medical transport.

Our CEO, Dr. Gregory Kyriakou, attended the Medical Directors’ Forum, where the topic of how artificial intelligence (AI) can reshape decision-making and the organisation of medical transfers was rigorously discussed. The Forum particularly addressed how medevac providers can force intelligent systems to optimise patient-safety decisions across global operations.

Aligned with our corporate mission, Gamma Air Medical emphasises full technological integration across our service lines. From mission-planning platforms to remote medical decision support, our operations embody the future-oriented model that the forum outlined.

We extend our gratitude to the ITIC organisers, our fellow sponsors and the many delegates who made the week of Venice rich in insight and connection. We are especially thankful for the opportunity to reinvigorate the Running Club initiative and look forward to continuing this tradition in future conferences.
