Revival Consulting Services, with the support of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and on behalf of the Greek Health Tourism Council (ELITOUR), is launching a significant study on Health and Wellness Tourism in Greece. This research aims to provide essential data on the state of the Health and Wellness Tourism sector and to develop specific recommendations to the government for strengthening the industry. Our goal is to enhance competitiveness and attract more investors to the Health and Wellness Tourism sector.
Participants in the survey will receive the research findings.
ELITOUR members will have full access to the detailed study and analysis.
The research focuses on three key sectors:
- Health Service Providers: Your responses will help us understand the challenges and needs of the medical sector in health tourism.
- Tourist Accommodations & Wellness Facilities: Your input is critical to understanding the relationship between wellness tourism, tourist accommodations (hotels), and wellness facilities, as well as the needs of tourists.
- Travel Agents: Your participation will help us explore collaboration opportunities with the health and wellness tourism sector and understand your clients’ expectations.
The research objectives are:
- To position Greece as a leading destination for health and wellness tourism and to attract investments from Greek businesses in the sector.
- To generate interest in partnerships with foreign businesses to further strengthen the sector.
- To promote health and wellness tourism to both international and domestic tourists, targeting travelers interested in the services offered by the industry.
