George Patoulis, President of the Athens Medical Association (AMA) and ELITOUR, has been unanimously re-elected for a third four-year term as President of the Global Doctors’ Hippocratic Institute. This decision followed the formation of the new Board of Directors during a meeting held at the Institute’s headquarters.

The President of the GDHI, Mr. Patoulis, after congratulating all members of the new Board of Directors, emphasized that in Greece—the birthplace of Hippocrates, founder of the Hippocratic School of Medicine and pioneer of modern Western Medicine—our Institute is dedicated to highlighting the global significance of Greek Hippocratic Medical Science and uniting the international medical community under the lens of Hippocratic Philosophy.

With Hippocratic Medicine, Thought, and Philosophy at its core, the Global Doctors’ Hippocratic Institute supports the scientific and professional development of the global medical workforce, laying the groundwork for establishing the Hippocratic approach within the global medical community and promoting Hippocrates’ legacy in the international medical field.

Following the formation of the body, the new 11-member Board of Directors of the GDHI is as follows:
